When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue will hold our ceremony and our reception, and thankfully has a full parking lot to the side of the venue so we anticipate no issues with parking.

What should we expect in terms of weather during wedding weekend?

Answer

The average temperature for Middle Tennessee in October is high 70s and lows in the low 50s. We have had years where October 1st was near 100*, but that isn’t an annual thing. Once the sun goes down, temperatures tend to drop a bit and you may find you want a light sweater or jacket.

What should we wear?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside, and reception will be in an open air space (unless it’s inclement weather, of course). There will be minimal walking on uneven terrain (gravel driveway, and some grass) so be mindful of foot wear. For attire, we would love for you to be dressy casual. No need to wear gowns, unless you really want to (let’s be real - Emily will be). Be comfortable. *But please, we ask that you don’t wear white / cream / ivory, or anything in that family*

Can I make a special announcement at your reception?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We want you to enjoy yourselves at our wedding, and realize that not knowing a ton of people at this sort of event can be stressful and anxiety-provoking. If you received your invitation and would like to bring a date, shoot one of us a text message. We will try to be accommodating as guest list allows. But please(!!) check with us first.
