Here's your ideal night: Take a stroll downtown to visit Bull's Tavern (famous for the Bull Sweat shot- iconic), head along the creek towards Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant for dinner, grab dessert from the Michelin star pastry chef at Mistura, and end the night bar hoping and dancing the night away at Mother's Tavern. Some of our other favorite restaurants include: Mistura (yum!), Giuseppe's, High Street Deli, Firestone, Sally Lou's (breakfast), Scout coffee, and so much more! (P.S.: if you come in on Thursday night- you can enjoy the famous Farmer's market downtown)
There are SO many hiking trails in the area to explore. To name a few: Montana De Oro, Bishop's Peak (best at sunrise or sunset), Poly Canyon (located behind Cal Poly), Serenity Swing, Bob Jones in Avila, Avila Ridge and Swing, and much more!
Located about 45min north of Paso Robles, sits the beautiful Hearst Castle. You can make a mini road trip and stop in Cambria for a lunch, shopping, stroll before continuing to Hearst Castle for a breathtaking tour. If you go early enough, you could squeeze this in before the wedding!
