After the ceremony, remain with us on the second floor for cocktails and a few light bites before dinner and the reception. Dinner and the reception will take place on the third floor of the venue. Entree Choices: Center-cut Strip Steak, Red Wine Demi-Glace, Parmesan Risotto, Summer Squash and Zucchini (gluten free) Rosemary Chicken with Pan Jus, Duchess Potatoes and Asparagus (gluten free) Seasoned and Seared Salmon, Lemon Dill Beurre Blanc, Mushroom Risotto, Green Beans with Shallots (gluten free) Pork Shank braised with vegetables, wine and stock over Creamy Parmesan Polenta and Brussels Sprouts Breaded Eggplant filled with Herbed Ricotta, topped with Charred Tomato Sauce and Fresh Shaved Parmesan (vegetarian)
