General Vail overview

Vail is a small mountain town with lodging options in a few different neighborhoods. Our wedding will be hosted in Lionshead Village, which is centrally located and at the base of the ski resort. If you're staying in Lionshead Village, you'll be within walking distance of all wedding events. Guests in Vail Village can expect about a 20-minute walk through town to get to Lionshead. Gore Creek path also connects the two villages, and is a nice paved trail along the river. Complimentary public transportation is available throughout the Vail Valley once you are in town.
