We are so excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend! As we are getting married over Memorial Day weekend, we recommend booking your hotel rooms ASAP, as it is also Middlebury graduation weekend. While our wedding festivities will be adults only (except for Sunday morning brunch), you are welcome to bring your children with you for the weekend if you're staying at the resort, as there is lots to do! If bringing your kids, please coordinate babysitters with the resort, or bring a trusted family member along! The resort has a network of babysitters they work with. Rates start at $25/hour. Mention that you'd like babysitting at booking and the team at the resort will help you. Please note that we cannot provide or organize childcare for the wedding festivities, and children will not be permitted at the ceremony or reception on Saturday.

This is where all of our wedding weekend events will take place. We highly recommend staying at the Basin Harbor Club! Single and double occupancy rooms and 1, 2, and 3 bedroom cottages are available. Wedding Block Rates (applies to 3 night stays ONLY) : Lodge guest rooms and Champlain House guest rooms (single or double occupancy) - $289-$319/night depending on type Studio Cottage or Suite (single or double occupancy) -$329-$369 1-bedroom Cottage or Suite (single or double occupancy) - $419-$459/night 2-bedroom Cottage (sleeps up to 4) - $759-$809/night 3-bedroom Cottages - SOLD OUT! Please note: as it is a holiday weekend, there is a 3-night minimum - minimum applies to any combination of nights (Thurs-Sat, Fri-Sun, Sat-Monday). If you'd like to add on additional nights, you can do so at our discounted rate. Breakfast is included in your rate. Room rate available until April 10th, 2026, but subject to availability. Please note: you MUST call the resort to book and mention the Fleming / Pierson wedding to reserve your room at our discounted rate: (802) 475-2311. Online booking using our room block is not available.

We have a block of 15-rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton South Burlington for folks who would like to come for just 2-nights. 2-night minimum, $260/night plus taxes and fees. Free airport shuttle. Book before May 1st. Limited rooms available. The link above will take you directly to our dedicated booking page with the preferred rate. Please note: this hotel is 45-minutes from our venue. Shuttles will be provided to / from the hotel to our venue for the ceremony and reception.

Flight

Burlington International Airport

The closest airport to our venue is Burlington International Airport, about 50 minutes away. Direct flights to Burlington from Denver, Chicago, D.C., NYC, and more! The resort offers a shuttle to / from the airport for $125 (up to 5 people - this fee can be split between parties). Be sure to inquire about booking the shuttle when booking your room!

Train

Ethan Allen Express

For our friends coming from the NYC area, the Ethan Allen train is a great option if you want to skip the drive or flight! Plan to get off at the Ferrisburgh-Vergennes station. The resort offers shuttle pick-up at the train station for $45 (up to 5 people).
