Bride

Emily Rowe

Bride

Sydney Saltsman

Maid of Honor

I first met Sydney as a new third grade student in HES. Right before school started that year, I had been in a bicycle accident which skinned off half of my face. Going into school as the new kid with my face looking like the phantom of the Opera was terrifying and at first no one wanted to look at or talk to me. And then, Sydney comes barreling towards me and shouts “Can I look at your face?!”. I had made my first friend in a new school, but would later find out I had actually gained a sister. Sydney made me feel like it was okay to be weird, to be loud, to be different, and most importantly to be myself. Even after she left Maryland for a few years we reconnected the second she came back like she had never even left. Since then, I have watched her grow and flourish through becoming a Marine and then a nurse. We have gone through breakups as well as found new love at the same time. We have been called the terrible twosome and often told that we share the same brain cell. Friends, family and even our teachers would mix us up all of the time. I truly believe she is my soul sister, and I couldn’t be any more proud of the strong, intelligent and gorgeous woman she has become. After 20 years of sleepovers, late night drives into wormholes, obnoxious singing in parking lots, wall twerking and facemasks I’m happy to say that nothing has changed. Sydney, I love you and thank you for not only being my maid of honor, but for being my best friend. #pancakes #fantasticfour

Liz Kegg

Maid of Honor

I have know Liz my entire life since she is my one and only cousin. We even got to live together for a bit! Although we may be very different from each other we are still a like in a lot of ways. Some how we have both grown up to have jobs in the alcohol industry. Although she is my cousin I feel that she is more of a sister to me. We can call on each other in times of need, give each other relationship advice, and other sisterly things (aside from sharing clothes since we have totally opposite fashion senses). I have watched Liz blossom into a hard working and beautiful young woman. She knows what she wants and works hard to achieve her goals. From festivals and concerts to just hanging out at my parents house I know it will always be a great time if Liz is there. I feel so grateful to be able to call her not only my cousin, not just my sister from another mister, but my best friend. I am so thankful to be spending my big day with her! #sparklerdance #corkwinepotatoes

Wendy Bonilla

Bridesmaid

Wendy and I were unlikely friends and at first did not like each other very much. But like most beautiful friendships, ours blossomed out of a mutual hatred... Just kidding (sort of). Since becoming close Wendy and I have made some interesting memories together. From day drinking at each others house and watching the Devil Wears Prada to getting lost in Baltimore City at three am after pride we always have a great time. Wendy may be a busy person and is someone who has worked hard their entire life, but she's always shown up for me when I needed her. We have seen each other through the ringer, and even on our worst days we have each others backs. I am so grateful to have her as part of my special day, and more importantly to be able to call her friend. #Stephanie #Chupee #kaMEANa

Nathan Rowe

Bridesman

Nathan is my younger brother. I've watched him grow up and excel at life. He graduated college from UMD in three years with two degrees during the pandemic. Saved up and bought his own condo at 22 years old. Adopted a beautiful pit bull mix named Hazel. We have been through a lot together, from out times fighting in the basement when we were attending Sykesville Tae Kwon Do, to playing baseball and softball together. Now that we are older and have our own separate lives we have become very close as adults. I am thankful he is very supportive and will be by my side on my special day.

Montreal Siddiqui

Bridesman

I really had to censor myself for this one. Monte and I became friends after my first ever breakup. The first day we met up we talked on his couch for about three hours and then decided to take a walk on the trail behind his house where I ever so gracefully ate it going down a very muddy hill. Instead of helping me up first he laughed for about three minutes and that's how I knew we would be great friends! Though we don't get to see each other as much anymore when we do get together it's as if nothing has changed and no time has passed. I am so thankful for his bubbly and uplifting presence in my life. Whenever I need a good laugh I can look back at all of our shopping adventures and instantly feel happier. For the past six years I have watched Monte become a Marine and grow so much as a person. I am so proud to call him friend and can't wait to share my big day with him! #FBGS #Bananas

Sara Cartmell

Bridesmaid

The rest of the world may know you as Sara but I know you as your rugby nickname, Blondie. I remember when I came out to my first rugby practice at Salisbury University and I wore a Marvel tank top. You came over to me and said we have to be friends and you became my mentor throughout the rugby program and college but now in our life after college. We have so many memories together from rugby road trips and singing to Infinity on High by Fall Out Boy to just hanging out and being nerds together. We've both grown so much since our time at SU but when we are together we are still ruggers at heart. #killkill #neversaydie

Sha'rron Saleem

Bridesmaid

Sha'rron is my favorite tea time gal! We met at work around six years ago while we were both working in Westminster. Eventually the company opened a new program in Frederick and we got sent their to open it. Not only was she (and still is) an incredible program director and boss, she was my friend and mentor. A lot happened in my life and hers as we made the move to Frederick and we were always able to lean on each other. She truly is my "Work Wife". I admire Sha'rron for her strength, wisdom and general level headedness. She always knew how to bring me down when I being being a bit too dramatic. And I know I can always count on her to give me solid and rational advice about literally anything. I can't wait to celebrate all things love with her on my big day! #theteaishot #giiiiiirl #callingnow

Franny Clark

Bridesmaid

I met Franny at Salisbury University playing rugby. I have so many memories of our time at JET house and our senior year to road trips to games, to running around campus the summer Pokemon Go came out playing the game since we were stuck in Salisbury working all summer and there was nothing else to do. Even though I did not live with you it felt like I was at your house everyday (I basically was). From studying together to hosting other rugby teams socails your house was the place to be. We have a common interest in the Earth and ecology and can still bond over that to this day. I remember one night you face timed me showing me your garage door at 10pm and there was a very large praying mantis on the door. You asked me if I wanted to come collect this insect for my Entomology class at the time. I was over there in 5 minutes to get the missing insect I needed for my final project. #killkill #whatteam

Grant Foreman

Bridesman

Grant Foreman, my actual brother from another mother. He is the reason that I believe friend soulmates exist. Grant and I are basically the same person. We have been friends since 2009, and in those 14 years have made enough memories to fill the Quran. Grant is truly one of the best men I know. He's incredibly hilarious but also extremely caring and thoughtful. We have watched each other grow from immature teenage dirt bags to slightly less immature adult menaces to society. I know that anytime we hang out I'll be sore the next day from laughing. I am incredibly proud of Grant for all of his accomplishments. I watched him work so hard to become a nurse, buy his own house and be self sufficient at such a young age. Not only is he my best friend, but he has also gotten extremely close with Emily which makes my heart so happy. Grant can make anytime a good time, even when he is absolutely demolishing you in Smash Bros or Mario Kart! He really is like my big brother, and I am so grateful to have known and loved him all of these years. I am incredibly honored to have him share my big day with me. #yourelikemollasses #butternut #supdingus? #brownsauce #thebump

Britt Everett

Bridesmaid

I met Britt playing travel softball growing up. Although we never played on the same team we always ended up playing against each other in tournaments. We traveled to Disney World when we were in high school and in the knockout round of the tournament my team, the Chill ended up plying Britt's team the Titans. I remember thinking how funny it was to come all the way to Florida to play a team that was 30 minutes from our home field. Britt and I played each other in college rugby too, when Towson played Salisbury and it was not marching band season. During and after college we have become super close helping each other grow and find our authentic selves. To finding our perfect future wives. There will never be a dull moment together, whether or not we are at an Orioles game or having a beer together and talking about sports. We are amazing friends and can help each other through the ups and downs of life. I am so happy you will be on my team supporting me on my big day! #O'smagic #visorclub
