Newport is about a 30 minute drive from Narragansett. It's a very nice coastal town with lots to do. Definitely check out the Cliff Walk for great ocean and mansion views, go shopping on Thames Street, or hit the beach (we love Second beach!)

This is actually where our wedding will be, but a great spot for those looking for a beach day before or after! Just keep in mind there is either a parking/entrance fee.
