What's the dress code?

Answer

Summer Cocktail. Cocktail dresses for the ladies (feel free to go short or long) & lightweight suits or button downs for the guys (feel free to skip the jacket if you will be more comfortable). Ollie and Emily will be doing a late night swim at the end of the reception, feel free to bring a bathing suit if you'd like to join :)

When & how should I RSVP?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Formal invitations will be sent closer to the date - we kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1st. If you already know you can’t make it, we’d appreciate you letting us know sooner! To RSVP, head to the RSVP tab on this website and simply enter your name.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend booking a place soon as Narragansett is a popular summer destination! We have hotel blocks at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn in South Kingstown RI (please see travel section). There will be a shuttle to and from the wedding from both of these hotels. Feel free to also check out Air BnB's & VRBO's in the area! Additionally, there are afforable hotels in surrounding towns such as Warwick.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, you can park for free at the venue starting at 5:30 PM. Any overflow may use the North Parking lot and walk across the North Pavilion deck to the North Beach Clubhouse. Just note any cars left overnight must be picked up before 7:00 AM the next morning.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:45 if you are not taking the shuttle. The ceremony will start right at 6:00.

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only (21+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us!
