Transportation will be available to those staying at the two main hotels. As you know, the ceremony and reception will be taking place at our parents' homes. While there is neighborhood street parking available, we do strongly encourage carpooling to both events for those of you who will not be staying at the hotel in order to be considerate of neighbors. If you are looking for a location to collectively carpool from, The Company A Fire Department in New Fairfield has given us permission to park in a blocked off portion of their lot. The Fire Department is located approximately 5 minutes from both the reception and the ceremony.
After a couple of years of lounging around in our comfiest oversized tees and sweats we would love to see our friends and family dressed to impress! Are you looking for an excuse to wear a sharp and fitted suit or a glamorous whimsical dress? Let this be it! With that being said, we would love everyone to come in formal attire. **Note for the ladies- much of the flooring throughout the day will be grass, so keep this in mind when selecting your heel option!
Our wedding block closes one month before the wedding. If you are planning on staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott or Ethan Allen Hotel, please book it by April to receive our rate.
There will be a cocktail hour followed by a three-course sit down dinner with multiple entrees served family-style.
