What do I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal/Cocktail: Women - Dress to impress in your favorite cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Men - suits or dress pants with a blazer for men. Tie is optional but encouraged. Ladies, you can wear any shoes you want, as the ceremony and reception are in close proximity and there is a paved walkway. No need to worry about your heels sinking into the grass!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We have booked a venue with an "open-air" space, which includes a covered chapel with ceiling fans for the ceremony. This will provide shade and air-flow during the warm August afternoon! We will have a cocktail hour on the porch and courtyard area, with ceiling fans and some access to the air conditioning. Afterwards, guests will enjoy the reception inside with air-conditioning.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue to accommodate all guests.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, there is a paved walking path between the ceremony and reception space. This is also connected to the parking lot. There are no steps leading into the reception hall.

Once you receive your invitation, it may say "and Guest," then yes, you can bring a guest! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night with your significant other!
