Maid of Honor
Sisters that fight like sisters from birth. While Emilia wanted her named "Washing Machine" Tory stuck and they've been besties ever since. Through the ups and the downs they always have each other's backs and have a weird mind reading telepathy between them. Challenge them to a game of Taboo and you'll lose instantly. The inside jokes are endless and so is the love between them.
Best Man
The best man of the wedding, Dan is Brian's older brother. He's always been a role model for Brian -- from camping / backpacking in boy scouts, playing instruments in the marching band and playing lacrosse, Brian has always followed and shared the same passions as Dan. Their relationship has always built each other up and pushing each other to do better.
Officiant
As the glue that holds Brian and Emilia together, Audra has been a bigger part of their relationship than anyone else. She's lived in the room next door to B&E for 4 years now, and they'll be devastated when she moves out. Emilia hopes it never happens (truly, there's a room in Denver with her name on it). Audra and Emilia met while studying abroad in Spain and were instantly friends, through wild nights, and crazy adventures (including one to the Sahara Desert) the two bonded and when back at Cal were locked in as friends for life. When the opportunity arose for Audra to live with Brian and Emilia, Emilia jumped on it and immediately started looking for 2 bedrooms instead of 1 bedrooms. The rest is history. From their annual Christmas party to spending time with each other's families, Audra is family to them and they couldn't be more excited to have her pronouncing them husband and wife.
Wedding Singer
Kelly has been part of the Phipps family since Brian was in high school when they became fast friends in marching band. Their parents also became close during that time so, ever since, they've all been having family gatherings together. Years later, Kelly and Dan (Brian's brother) got together and will be getting married this June! The moment Kelly and Emilia met, they had a strong feeling they'd be family. As a choir teacher with a master's she's more than qualified to sing at the wedding, to her dismay the operatic version of Hey Ya will not be what B&E are walking down the aisle to.
Bridesmaid
From day 1 of Courtney's life she and Emilia were best buds. At just a year younger Emilia and Court are more like sisters than cousins, but built in best friends through family couldn't be better. From years at summer camp to sleepovers, to hiding away at family functions to just hang out with each other there's no way Emilia would get married without Courtney by her side.
Groomsman
Jamie and Brian met in high school marching band and ever since their friendship has grown. They ended up living together for 3 years during college and share many great memories of that time. From winning a state basketball championship together to the hundreds of sleepovers, hours on the phone, hot tubbing time, and nights out- whenever Emilia is back in MN, Collette is her first call. The only thing they wish is that they could live in the same city again because 2,000 miles is just too far.
Groomsman
Matt and Brian met at Ralston Valley High School in marching band and quickly became friends. Both are pretty competitive on certain things and while Matt could always win a wrestling match Brian always had the edge on Halo. They've been good friends ever since, sharing countless nights on video games and around the campfire.

From the first week of freshman year in the Clark Kerr dorms, Emilia and Marie were connected through a friend and hit it off instantly. Their relationship grew tremendously when they studied in Spain together and travelled Europe together post their study abroad. Knowing when hanger is real, missing busses together, and tasting new food around the world is just the beginning for these two. When you can travel well with someone, you know they'll be a friend for life. Since then, they've had countless nights out in San Francisco and regularly cook and find the best restaurants around.
Groomsman
Brian and John met at RVHS in marching band freshman year and have been friends ever since. Even though John went to the rival school the two kept their friendship up in college, always making bets on who would win the annual game (ask him about the tattoo bet). John is one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet and is one of those people that can always put a smile on anyone in the room.

After becoming instant friends at move in Audrey was Emilia's connection to all of her new friends and her California crew. The two always stayed close through college and whenever they're together it's like no time has passed. Audrey connected Brian and Emilia as she lived in a house in SF with Brian after college. A ton of time was spent the three of them in the Haight house and we have her to thank for this incredible romance. Matt has always been a great friend and role model.
Bridesmaid
On day 1 of college, Emilia didn't have any friends so went down the hall of another building nearby to meet people. She chatted with loads of people that day, but the one that stuck was Katie. The two joined a college club called the Rally Committee together and there was no looking back. From baking cookies and any new recipes we could find, to living next door later in college the two have always been super close. Even when Katie moved across the country to NYC Emilia found a way to visit and they baked there too. Now Katie is back in SF and at just a 20 minute walk away, Emilia is stoked to have her back in CA.

They lived next door to each other for a couple of years and spent many nights eating pie together and winning at every possible game they could. They've stayed extremely tight in SF and throughout the pandemic were part of the same bubble that would go do outdoor activities together. From Russian River floats, to oysters, to concerts, to random exploration days in the city- Bri is the one Brian and Emilia can always call, after which an adventure inevitably ensues.

They both share a love of craft beer, rock music, video games and running 5k/10ks (one of these years Brian will beat Ivan's race time).
