Should I be concerned about traveling to Mexico?
Answer
If you have concerns about visiting Mexico or international travel in general, we encourage you to register for the State Department's Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP). Link: https://step.state.gov/step/

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Answer
We suggest having the concierge arrange transit to and from the airport, and have it billed to your room. To book transit, please email Reservations.04365@whotels.com and provide your flight information.

I booked transit through the hotel, where do I go to meet the driver?
Answer
Per the hotel: After clearing Customs, please take the main aisle that houses the car rental / time share counters; please pass by them and head outside the terminal building toward the parking lot. As soon as you exit by the door, on your left side you will see a line in which the drivers are waiting for its passengers. A member of the transportation staff will be on the sidewalk wearing light blue shirt and black pants, holding a sign with the W logo. Note: you'll know you have successfully exited the terminal when you're outside and you see vehicles.

Can I book my flights ahead of time?

Go for it! Hotel and venue information won't be released until invitations have been sent.

When can I book my hotel room?
Answer
Details on how to access to the pre-negotiated nightly rate have been provided on the 'travel' page. Once the room block is filled, we will not be able to add more at the negotiated rate. Email Reservations.04365@whotels.com with questions.

Can I book my accommodations off the property?
Answer
It is our preference that you stay on the hotel property, as that is where all wedding festivities will take place. If you opt to stay elsewhere, you will need to book your own accommodations and arrange transit to and from the W.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?
Answer
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Will there be a shuttle to the ceremony?
Answer
All events will be on the hotel property and will be walkable. Golf carts are available to transport you throughout the property, please call the front desk to arrange a pick-up. The hotel also has scooters, though we do not recommend scooting in heels.

What do I do if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Kindly include that information in your RSVP, and please alert Lauren. Do not tell Emil.

Will I have time to explore the area?

Yes, there will be plenty of free time to explore neighboring towns or enjoy the hotel's ammenities.

Are children invited?

Children will not be permitted to attend any of the wedding festivities, though they are welcome to join us at the pool on Sunday.

Will childcare be provided?

Childcare will not be provided, as children will not be included in our wedding festivities. The hotel will not be able to provide childcare for you.

What is the dresscode for Saturday's wedding?
Answer
Cocktail attire, please. The ceremony will take place on the beach, and the reception in the garden.
