Please text Mars or Emily to confirm your RSVP instead, and ask any questions!
*Cocktail attire - however, this is the Pacific Northwest so we aren't too fancy. ie: Men in a button down shirt, Women in a dressed-up sundress. Just wear something that makes you look sharp, and feel confident! *The venue is outdoor with lots of different terrain (grass, rocks, wood, hills, etc.), so we do not recommend you wear stiletto heels (unless you are a pro!). *The venue is largely shaded as it's in a forest next to a creek - bring a coat!
*If possible, please leave your kids with a trusted guardian (especially if you are local). Space is limited at the venue, and we want to you to enjoy yourself to the fullest. *If you are traveling from out-of-state or long distance, it's totally fine if you need to bring your kiddo - just give us a heads-up so we can ensure they are factored into the total overall headcount.
*If it wasn't specified on your invite, please text us with any questions or requests ASAP.
*Yes, there is parking (enough room for about 50 cars, but please carpool when possible - AWD is recommended for the main parking area due to steep hill). *We will have a parking attendant directing traffic: elderly or injured people (and early arrivals) will get to park right down next to the venue (AWD recommended), and others may need to park at the top of the hill and walk down (can be slippery and steep, so please let the attendant know if you need help).
🌜You are welcome to stick around at the venue to keep the party going with us since we are camping out (along with other family & friends...there's lots of places to crash, but bring a tent/mattress pad just in case!). DJ/Music will end promptly at 10:00 pm due to the venue's strict policy, however we have access to the venue until Monday morning.
*Don't rely on it - the venue is ~20 minutes from any semblance of a city, so rideshare app availability is spotty at best. 🚖 Instead, try reserve a taxi ahead of time or arrange a sober driver. We recommend calling ahead to taxi companies in the Bellingham area. 📞 We will update this page if we are able to arrange any shuttle services from the Skagit to the the venue.
Yes! SHUTTLE PICKUP at SKAGIT CASINO/HOTEL: 1:45 PM: Departure to Venue 10:30 PM Return to Hotel The shuttle is optional, and is party-bus style. Can accommodate around 20 guests. Will be a great option for those staying at the hotel, or those wanting to carpool to the venue. For those staying at the hotel that want to stick around at the venue later than 10:30 pm to hang with the bride & groom - we can find you a safe, sober ride back at some point.
