There is a small shuttle party bus available for guests to carpool from the Skagit Casino Resort to the venue (Creekside Celebrations) and back.* *parking onsite may not be suitable for all guests - there is a very steep hill for AWD cars only, and the hill is difficult to walk down Shuttle pickup is at 1:45 pm in the Casino parking lot, and will return to the Casino around 10:30 pm after the reception.
2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Attire: PNW Cocktail - wear something a little dressy (but comfortable) that you feel your best in. Men do not need to wear suits. Be sure to bring a coat/jacket. Terrain at venue is not suitable for stiletto heels (wedges would be fine).
The Ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 pm - guests should arrive at 2:30. Just follow your phone's maps directions for "Creekside Celebrations" - it's off Martin Rd. off Hwy 9. It seems remote, but trust the map. Shuttle pickup at Skagit Casino at 1:45 pm, returning at 10:30 pm (optional - great for carpooling or guests staying at the hotel!) After the "I Do's", the reception follows immediately - happy hour with light bites, then a buffet-style dinner, toasts, cake & dancing. While the venue has a strict "no music after 10 pm" policy, the bride & groom will to continue to hang out. Stick around to enjoy a fire, and even camp out (bring an air mattress & sleeping bag!). There is a decent amount of parking onsite. However, there is a very steep hill to get down to the venue. Some cars will need to park up top, but those with limited mobility should plan to arrive early (by 2:30 pm) to get an ideal spot.
