Welcome Party

Cocktail Attire

A warm welcome for our Out-of-Towners! Let's kick-off the weekend in style. Please join us for light hors d'oeuvres & cocktails the evening before we say "I Do". Our welcome party will be held at The Golden Hotel in the Creekside Courtyard overlooking scenic Clear Creek and the Rocky Mountain Foothills. *Free parking is underneath the hotel. If you wish to grab dinner afterwards, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from The Golden Hotel! We suggest making reservations in advance.

The Wedding

4:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Dress to impress. It gets a little chilly in the mountains at night, so be sure to bring a jacket.

Transportation: We will be providing party buses to & from Deer Creek Valley Ranch. If you wish to ride on our shuttles, they leave for the wedding from The Golden Hotel at 3:30pm. Bring a drink, socialize & have fun! The shuttles will take you back to The Golden Hotel at 9:30 pm & 10:45 pm. If you choose to drive: Please arrive at The Barn at Deer Creek Valley Ranch by 4:45 pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Use address 64407 US Highway 285, Bailey, CO 80421. However, sometimes GPS can be misleading. Your GPS may tell you to turn at the first entry with large log poles and black gates - DO NOT TURN HERE! Keep going slow and on your next right will be a WHITE entry-way that says Deer Creek Valley Ranch above the gate, you will see the Barn. (Pictured above) Park in front of the Barn. Note: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET UBERS FROM OUR VENUE. Please utilize our shuttles, or a DD.

Brunch Farewell

8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Come join us for a final farewell after a night of celebrations, and enjoy some coffee & breakfast!
