Wedding Weekend Info!

We're less than 2 weeks away from the big day and we can't wait to celebrate with you soon! If you will be in Trim on Friday October 10th, we have reserved an area in the James Griffin Pub from 7:30pm if you would like to stop in and have a drink and meet some people before the wedding! (James Griffin Pub, 21 High Street, Townparks North, Trim Co. Meath, C15 FP98) If you are staying in Trim over the wedding weekend or need transport from Trim to Ballymagarvey on Saturday the 11th, we have arranged a coach bus to bring guests to and from the venue. The bus will be picking up guests outside the Trim Castle Hotel (Castle Street, Manorland, Trim Co. Meath, C15 FCY8) at 2pm on Saturday. Please be there on time for pick up as he will have to leave promptly at 2:10-2:15pm. The bus is also arranged to bring guests back to Trim from Ballymagarvey on late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. The exact time is TBD but is expected to be around 1-1:30am. If you would like to head back to Trim or wherever you are staying earlier, there are several taxi services. Ballymagarvey staff have all the contact info for the taxi services in the local area and can help you arrange a lift. If you would like to avail of the coach bus please let us know as soon as you can so we can get an exact idea on numbers in case we need to arrange for a second bus. Thank you! Travel to Ireland

We advise all guests coming from the United States to fly into Dublin Airport. From there, there are several options to get to Trim, Co. Meath. We suggest all guests stay in Trim for the wedding weekend. 1) Rent a car from the airport, using maps it is a less than 45 minute drive from Dublin. 2) Get a bus from the airport into Dublin City Center. From Busaras bus station there is an hourly bus that brings you to Trim. 3) If going as a large group, you can organize a coach or taxi to bring you to Trim. Where to Stay

We suggest guests stay in Trim, Co. Meath for the wedding weekend. For those staying in Trim, transportation from the town centre will be arranged to and from the venue on the wedding day. There will be a coach bus to pick up guests from the Trim Castle Hotel at 2pm. Please be on time as the bus will need to leave by 2:15pm. There are a limited number of rooms available on site at Ballymagarvey for those of you who would like to stay with us on the night of the wedding! You can read more about this on their website using the link below. For those staying onsite, breakfast will be provided on Sunday morning. If you would like to book a room, please contact Ballymagarvey directly. We have also included some other accommodation options in Trim that we recommend.
