Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes we require guests to dress up with us! Please wear garden party formal attire, we would like everyone to follow the strict dress code so the photos turn out beautifully. No jeans and sneakers and we ask you to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- white, ivory’s and creams. The ceremony will be in a garden so be mindful with your shoes! If you have any questions about your outfit you can contact Garrett and Elly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate plus ones due to limited space. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

We request that you bring your favorite vinyl album as a wedding present and please sign the cover so we know who gifted it. Feel free to write a note or even just your name on it! Gifts are optional and please do not feel obligated to buy anything off our registry- XOXO Garrett and Elly

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! We will be asking everyone if they have and allergies/restrictions when we send out our invites but if anything changes let us know ASAP.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony is unplugged and we wish to maintain its solemnity. We kindly ask that all guest refrain from taking pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony. Please avoid blocking the view of our professional photographer and videographer who will be capturing every moment. We promised to share the photos with you after the wedding. After the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like!

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the sun will be shining (hopefully) we have a covered area for dining in shade. Please be sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Dusty blue and navy blue! Why you ask? Because Garrett’s favorite color is navy blue and Elly’s favorite color is dusty blue:)

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We invite you to enjoy our open bar with a curated selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. To ensure everyone has a wonderful time, service will be limited per guest. We won’t allow shots due to catering rules.

Can I do a speech?

Answer

Yes, absolutely we will be doing speeches between 7:45pm-8:00pm but do not feel obligated to. Please let me know if you want to do a speech so we can write your name down!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue.
