Our wedding venue is located on an equestrian estate. You'll drive yourself or carpool to the welcome party on Thursday, (valet service provided) but cars are NOT permitted onsite on Friday for the wedding. Shuttles will pick up at Hidden Valley Inn (no parking for non hotel guests) at 1:30 and 2:00 p.m., AND in front of Carmel Valley Lodge at 2:00 p.m.. Street parking available in front of Carmel Valley Lodge for those staying offsite. We HIGHLY encourage all guests to stay in Carmel Valley so that you can attend as many events as possible with as little hassle. Our lodging recommendations below will be in close proximity to the shuttle stop to make it easier. If you choose to stay at an alternate location (Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley Ranch, Bernardus, Air BNB, etc) you will be responsible for getting yourself to the shuttle stop at Carmel Valley Lodge on Friday at 2:00 - NO CARS WILL BE PERMITTED AT THE VENUE ON OUR WEDDING DAY.
