Rehearsal
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
823 Main Street, Sumner, WA 98390
The Wedding Party should be present at this time for the rehearsal. You can come dressed in your wedding attire if you want, but it's not required (just make sure you're fully dressed and ready by 6pm!) We can't wait too long for late arrivals, so the rehearsal must start no later than 3:15pm.
Preparations
4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
This time will be for the Wedding Party, Decorators, Vendors, and Bride to get ready, setup the venue, and take some early pictures. This also gives guests plenty of time to arrive, find parking, get coffee at one of the nearby cafes (Castle Perk Espresso and Starbucks will be open until 6pm), find a table to sit at, and relax before the ceremony begins.
Ceremony
6:30 pm - 6:45 pm
The ceremony starts at 6:30! Please be seated and ready ahead of time. At 6:30 the doors will be shut and no one will be able to enter until after the ceremony is finished, to prevent distractions and interruptions.
Bar Hours
6:45 pm - 10:15 pm
The Beer and Wine bar opens at this time, and will remain open until 10:30. Last call for bar drinks is at 10:15. Every drinking-age adult will be given 1 free drink ticket on us! After that, you'll have to buy your own drinks.
Pictures and Papers
6:45 pm - 7:30 pm
The majority of the pictures will be taken now, before the Bride and Groom sit down to eat dinner. This is also when the newlyweds will sign their marriage license!
Pasta Buffet
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
The pasta buffet opens now, and tables will be directed one at a time to go up and get food. The buffet will remain open until 10pm. There will be a few quick toasts by a few selected people, but no open toasts or speeches please.
Cake
8:00 pm - 8:30 pm
The cake will be cut and passed out somewhere around this time, depending on when the Bride and Groom are done eating dinner.
After Party
8:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Stay late and celebrate with us! On top of the buffet and bar remaining open for two more hours, we will also have music, dancing, a mic, and a variety of games. Whenever you decide to go home, make sure to clean up after yourselves. Anything you came with must leave with you.
