Anaconda Smoke Stack State Park
See one of the tallest free-standing brick structures in the world, a legacy of the legendary Anaconda Copper Company!
Old Works Golf Course
Anaconda's famous golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Not for the faint of heart, clocking in at 7,705 yards. With a great backdrop along the cliffs below the original smelter, a great day can be spent at this course.
Anaconda Country Club
Another great golf course just outside of town, with beautiful views of Anaconda and the surrounding area.
Fairmont Hot Springs
Natural hot springs and a great place to stay! Large water slides, outdoor/indoor hot springs, and an incredible golf course. They offer horseback riding and other activities during the summer. Stay at Fairmont at a discount using the Ellliott McGree Wedding block.
Washoe Park Fish Hatchery
Make sure to bring change because you can buy fish food and feed the fish! A great opportunity to learn the history of Montana's oldest fish hatchery!
Washoe Theatre
Historical landmark in Anaconda, placed on the national register of historical places by the Smithsonian in 1982. One movie a week that runs Friday through Thursday.
Washoe Park
Great park for kids and parents, play place, river, and baseball fields. There is a paved running and biking trail through the park. The Washoe Pool is located at the park!
Washoe Park Swimming Pool
Fun swimming pool with two slides and a big diving board. One of the slides is for small children and the other is for kids 6+ in the deep end. There is also a kids wading pool. The pool is located in Washoe Park and has full showers.

Barclay II Supper Club
Classic old time Montana steakhouse, with more food than you can imagine. Been run by the same family for over 50 years. Pro tip, order the tenderloin and fried prawns! One of the best restaurants in the entire State!

The Sweet Palace
A MUST GO! Incredible candy store in Philipsburg that has been a staple for over 100 years. Philipsberg is a nearby cute Montana city (29 miles from Anaconda). Great for families and adults alike. They have chocolates, fudge, nostalgic candy, salt water taffy, gummies & chewies, licorice & caramels, jelly bellys, candy sticks, and even sugar free options. Honestly, they have everything!!
Philipsburg Brewing Company
Small town brewery with great beer. Jackie and I's favorites are the Razzu and the Haybag! Come in for the beer, but stay to pet the famous brewery dog "Bruce".
Club Moderne
Originally built in 1937 and more recently chosen as "America's Favorite Historic Bar" in 2016 in a contest sponsored by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, beating out another notable Montana venue, the Sip 'n Dip Lounge (Great Falls, MT)!
Smelter City Brewing
Great brewery in downtown Anaconda, good beer, free popcorn, art to purchase, and fun environment. 2 block walk from the reception venue.
Thompson's Bar
Classic Anaconda bar located next door to the wedding reception. Cheap drinks and fun atmosphere.
Seven Gables Resort
A sports bar and restaurant at Georgetown Lake. Buses will leave for the wedding from this location.

A great way to spend an afternoon! Mine for sapphires on one of the richest sapphire hills on earth. You keep what you find!
