Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 16th.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We appreciate you asking! Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to accommodate a "plus one" for every guest. If your invitation is not addressed as "and guest" or to your specific significant other, we ask that you bring yourself and your best dancing shoes and we promise not to leave you lonely on the dance floor!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you, and we love your kids! Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate a place at the table for everyone's child. If your invitation does not indicate "and family" we kindly ask that you would seek childcare prior to joining us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the church, however parking downtown at the reception venue will require payment. If you are staying at one of the hotel options downtown, they will validate parking in their garage at check out. However, if you are not staying at a hotel you will have to seek street parking or one of the two parking garages located within a few blocks of the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive at the church at 1:45

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you seek your own transportation to and from the ceremony and reception. However, the Canopy Hotel (details on the "travel" tab) is located directly across the street from the reception venue and would be a great option for those hoping to not drive at the end of the night!

Mobility concerns

Answer

Both the church and the reception venue have elevators on site, though you will need to enter through back of the church to access it. Otherwise, a handful of stairs will be required to enter through the front of the church. There is a loading zone directly out front of the reception venue that is provided for convenient pick up and drop off for Ubers/Lifts or for those who's mobility requires a shorter walking distance.
