We have reserved Birch Lodge for wedding guests from May 23rd to 25th. You can also reserve room(s) at discount rate before and after mentioned dates. Birch Lodge is a restored inn and motel on Trout Lake. To reserve a room, YOU MUST call Birch Lodge at 906-569-3351 and mention the Handyside Eash Wedding. The rooms have been set aside so they can not be booked through the website. Please do so ASAP, as other accommodations may be a 45-60 minute drive away. *IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING, PLEASE RESERVE NOW. AVAILABILITY IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Birch Lodge has a variety of single and double rooms and suites for 1-5 guests, so gather your family and friends together, group up and let's celebrate (20 rooms in total). Visit the Birch Lodge website for more details about the rooms. ● Mid-Century Motel (8) - $139/night ● Lodge Forest Queen (2) - $139/night ● Lodge Forest King (4) - $159/night ● Lodge Forest Double Queen (2) - $189/night ● Lodge King Suites (3) - $199/night All rooms require a two-night minimum stay. Birch Lodge will honor the wedding room rates for 2 nights before and 2 nights after for guests who wish to arrive sooner or stay longer for the holiday weekend. It is first come first serve. Rates are subject to a sales tax of 6% and a lodging tax of 1%.
