Yes, Trout Lake is across the Mackinaw Bridge and is then 40 mins from St.Ignace

Question

Why are you getting married at Trout Lake?

Answer

Elliot- We decided on Trout Lake because the first time I took David up to our place, he absolutely fell in love, which I was hoping for because Trout Lake is my happy place. It felt amazing having the person I love and adore appreciate up north and our lake house as much as I do.

Deer, fox, wolf, ducks, loons, eagles...oh my!

Question

Answer

Yes, you can! You can even kayak, canoe or float on a big foam raft.

Question

What are some of your favorite memories at Trout Lake?

Answer

Elliot- Hard to pinpoint just a few memories when all of them have been my favorite. Up there though would be our Cornhole tournaments (where my cousin Allie and I dominated) or when my Opa finally did what he said he would do which was tying Joe to a tree...all fun and games obviously! But my most recent favorite memory was when I got to take David to Trout Lake..he instantly became very obsessed with the trees :)

Question

Is there a downtown Trout Lake?

Answer

Sure...2 bars, a motel, railroad tracks, a (small) grocery store and the "rock shop."
