Welcome Party Details:

The welcome party will have drinks and an array of appetizers and desserts. If you would like to get dinner or a late lunch beforehand, downtown Morrison is 5 minutes away and has great options! Transportation will not be provided, but there are plenty of Ubers in the area and a large parking lot at the restaurant. This event is totally optional, and will be open house style so you can come and go as you please! Attire: Casual - we encourage all cowboy hats, boots, bolo ties, etc for a true Colorado western welcome :)

Is there transportation from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided between each hotel and the wedding. Departure times will be shared closer to the event. If you opted for an Airbnb in the area, feel free to meet the shuttles at either hotel for a ride to the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We know many of our friends & family that are making the trek to CO have kids, so feel free to bring them to all events. If you want a night off and are looking for a sitter, reach out to Ellie!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:45pm so we can get started right at 6!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is free parking available at the venue. Any cars left overnight must be picked up by 10AM the next day.
