Ceremony & Reception

Attire: Black Tie optional (in reality, feel free to wear anything between cocktail attire and black tie). The ceremony will be on grass, so we would suggest against stilettos.

SHUTTLE PICK UPS WILL BE AT 2:45PM SHARP FROM GRAND HYATT AND EVERGREEN HOTEL. If you are not staying at one of these hotels, please leverage the Vail Bus system to get to a shuttle pick up prior to 2:45pm. Are kids welcome? --- While we love your kids, we'd like you all to have a night off to celebrate with us! Unless your child is specifically listed on the invitation envelope please plan accordingly.
