What is Mountain Chic Attire?

Answer

It's a wedding so come looking sharp (and chic), and feeling ready to dance! For women we suggest wearing a formal dress or a dressy jumpsuit, and for men a suit, lighter hues are welcome. If there is something else wedding appropriate that inspires you, go for it! We encourage you to wear what you feel best in. The ceremony is on a grass lawn so women should not wear shoes that can get stuck in the grass. Additionally, the weather in the mountains can be unpredictable and chilly in the evenings, we recommend you check the weather before the weekend to make sure you have the appropriate layers.

Please do not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

There are two recommended airports for you to fly into. The Denver International Airport is about 2.5 hours from Avon. If you fly into this airport we recommend either renting a car or taking a shuttle from the airport to the Mountains. Use this link for a discount with Epic Mountain Express: https://www.epicmountainexpress.com/group_redirect?code=ALW23 Eagle County Regional Airport is another airport you can fly into. This airport is in the mountains and is about a 30 minute drive to Avon. This is a great option, however, there are limited direct flights into this airport. You can easily shuttle or Uber from this airport.

What if it is raining?

Answer

The weather is unpredictable and there is a chance it will rain. If it is down pouring there is a B plan, Otherwise it will be outside and ponchos will be provided :)

What is the deadline for booking my room in the hotel block?

To ensure a room in any of our hotel blocks you must book your room by May 1st.

Where can I park if I'm driving to the Park Hyatt?

Answer

The Hyatt offers valet parking, or you can park for no charge in the Beaver Creek public parking structure, a short walk to the Park Hyatt.
