Our venue is accessed by ferry from Harbour Town, so please plan transportation accordingly for the evening. We recommend pre-scheduling an Uber/Lyft or local cab for your return, especially for departures around 10:00 PM (early exit) or 11:30 PM (end of the night). Carpooling is also encouraged, and guests staying nearby are welcome to walk if convenient.
If you are staying outside of Sea Pines, you will need a pass to enter the gate, but Harbour Town Yacht Club (the venue for the Welcome Party), is providing these for guests. Give them your last name at the gate and they will give you a pass. Note: The same is NOT true for Saturday. See next question for more.
Harbour Town is located inside Sea Pines Resort, which is a gated community. Guests staying outside of Sea Pines will need to purchase a gate pass upon entry. Please allow a little extra time for this when heading to the marina. Guests staying in Sea Pines hotels or Airbnbs will receive gate passes from their accommodations. Uber and Lyft drivers are familiar with the process and will be able to enter with their own access. Planning ahead will help ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival and departure. Parking is available in Harbour Town close to the ferry embarkation point. There is: A main paved lot near the marina An overflow gravel lot Both are just a short walk to the dock

Expect warm temperatures (high 70s to 80s) and sunshine, with a chance of humidity. Outdoor events may be breezy near the water and there's always a chance of rain, so check the weather before and pack accordingly!

You can fly into Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) or Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). HHH is closest, but SAV offers more flight options. See our Travel page for details.
You can rent a car from either airport. There are also rideshare and taxi options to get around Hilton Head. If you want to feel like a local, you can rent bikes to get around and see the sights!
