The annual Rose Show and Festival, the event the City is known for, is the weekend of the wedding! Check out their website for all the fun activities to enjoy while you are in town. Note that some of the hotels are price gouging. Take your hotel dollars out of the city for better pricing.
Our favorite restaurant is Jonah's Fish & Grits, http://www.jonahsfish.com/#home, Christian owners, exquisite fresh seafood, the absolute best in Thomasville in these "to be weds'" tastes. :)
