We met in just about the most boring way possible: English class. Derick made the mistake of asking me to proofread his essay. I instantly bullied him for his terrible grammar, and he must have enjoyed being insulted, because he gave me his number. After that, we were stuck together. We've been through so much together-high school, college, and unpaid internships. We are very excited to tackle this next challenge together and spend the rest of our lives together.
