What will the weather be like?

Answer

You can expect sunny to cloudy skies with high 70s- low 80s in temperature with little to no humidity. Light short showers during the day is a possibility. At night the temperature drops to cool 50s and even 40s. We recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening if you are someone who gets cold easily. Pack layers for your trip. Cold mornings, warm days, and chilly nights. Expect rain here and there. Snow is still a possibility if you’re traveling to higher elevations like Big Sky, Yellowstone, or Glacier National Park.

We are pretty far north and right around the summer solstice. The days are beautifully long with the sun setting around 9:30pm.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Bozeman is fortunate to have Uber/Lyfts readily accessible from the airport and ride-shares are available throughout the Bozeman area. It will be possible and feasible to order Uber/Lyft to and from our wedding venue. However, if you plan on making a vacation out of your trip, we recommend you rent a car so you can explore Montana outside of Bozeman! Uber/Lyft is not common or reliable outside of Bozeman or Belgrade.

How do we get to the Venue?

Answer

Roy’s Barn is about a ~15-20 minute drive from downtown Bozeman. We are providing Uber Vouchers that will get you to and from the venue. Uber/Lyft are very accessible and reliable to-and-from Roy’s Barn. Roy’s Barn offers limited parking. Therefore, we would prefer if our out-of-town guest utilize the provided Uber Vouchers or use their preferred ride share app to get to and from the venue. At the end of the night, we will provide two alternating shuttle buses that will drop you off at The Lewis & Clark Motel in Downtown Bozeman. One departing the Barn at 10:15pm and the last one departing the Barn at 11:15pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive between 4:00pm-4:15pm to get settled

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet with celiac, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options/modifications. No shellfish will be served. If you have any additional allergies or food restrictions not mentioned, please contact the bride or groom directly beforehand.

Can I bring my dog to the wedding?

Answer

No. The wedding venue, Roy’s Barn, is a strict no dogs allowed venue.
