What time should I arrive?

Answer

We’d love for you to arrive by 1:30 pm to get settled and ready for the big moment. The ceremony will start promptly at 2 pm, and we don’t want you to miss a second!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is the vibe, but honestly, we just want you to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Everything will happen in one spot—no extra travel needed. Once we say “I do,” we’ll roll right into the festivities.

Can I give a speech at the reception?

Answer

We’re so touched that you’d like to share a few words on our special day! We’ve planned to have a select few speeches to fit within the schedule, but if you’d like to contribute, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’d love for you to be fully present during the ceremony, so we’re having an unplugged moment. But don’t worry, we’ll share professional shots afterward. Plus, we’ll set up a communal gallery for you all to share your fun reception snaps!

Will there be assigned seating?

Nope, but we do ask that you let our closest family, friends, and older guests have the front rows.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Absolutely! The hall is fully wheelchair accessible with convenient entryways and two ACROD parking bays on-site. There’s also street parking nearby.

What should I do if I can’t attend?

We’ll be setting up a live stream for those who can’t make it in person, so you can still celebrate with us from wherever you are. We’ll share the details closer to the date.

Yes, little ones are welcome! There are side rooms available for some quiet time if needed.

Soul Origin will be catering a delicious spread. Expect a variety of bites, from sliders and wraps to salads and pastas.

We’ve got you covered! There will be plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, so everyone can enjoy something. The wedding cake will be Halal, and we’ll also have an alternative cake for guests with allergies. If you have specific concerns, please reach out to us directly.

Not a full bar, but we’ll be serving a selection of wine and soft drinks. If you’d like something different, please feel free to BYO.
