The ceremony and reception will occur at "The Barn" at Tailwater Lodge. The address is 52 Pulaski St, Altmar, NY 13302. If you have booked a room, please check in and join us at "The Barn" by 4:15 for our 4:30 pm ceremony!

Can I bring a Pus One?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

For our traveling guests, we have set aside hotel rooms within the Tailwater Lodge for your convenience! Special rates are available until MAY 29, 2024, by visiting tailwaterlodge.com and entering the group code "ELLEW" at Checkout. Mention the code "ELLEW" to receive a discounted rate until MAY 29, 2024. Online Booking Directions: 1. Visit tailwaterlodge.com 2. Click Book Now (upper right corner) 3. Edit Arrival/Departure dates (valid June 28-30, 2024) 4. Select the number of rooms/guests 5. Click the Special Rates button 6. Enter Group Code: ELLEW 7. Click Update and proceed to Checkout Visit https://tailwaterlodge.com/ or call Tailwater Lodge at (315) 298-3434 to book your room(s). Guest check-in is 3:00 p.m., and guest checkout is 11:00 a.m. Hotel Amenities: Restaurant and lounge, indoor pool, large outdoor hot tub, full-service spa, various indoor and outdoor games, hiking trail, and fitness center! While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We are thrilled you want to capture these special moments. However, we want to see the joyful faces of the people we love! Please turn off phones and cameras until AFTER the ceremony. Feel free to take all the photos/videos you wish during cocktail hour and the reception. We paid a lot of money for our photographers, so please do not interfere with their work!
