Everyone is welcome to join us for our ceremony at the Immaculata Catholic Church, which has no capacity limit. For our reception, however, there is a strict capacity limit. Because of this, we kindly ask that only children 12 and older attend the reception. (Babies, who will not require a seat, are welcome.) We’re happy to share that we’ll be offering a babysitting service at our home, located just a quick five-minute drive from the reception venue within the same gated community, for children under 12. More details will be provided as the date approaches. Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Our dress code is Formal Attire. Gentlemen, a dark suit or tuxedo is appropriate; ties or bow ties are encouraged. Ladies, we recommend a floor-length gown, a midi dress, or a formal jumpsuit. A quick note: San Diego evenings can cool down to the low–mid 60s once the sun sets. If you have any questions about attire, feel free to reach out to us! :)
As we are both blessed with very large families, we ask if you could RSVP by May 11, 2026. That way, we could invite additional friends to our special day if you are unable to attend. If you already know whether you’ll be able to celebrate with us, feel free to RSVP sooner!
We’ll miss celebrating with you! If you aren’t able to attend, please RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
The four hotels we have blocked want guests to book their rooms by May 10, 2026. If any remaining rooms are unbooked, they will be released. If you’re planning to stay elsewhere, such as another hotel or an Airbnb, we suggest booking early—July is a popular time to visit San Diego and places tend to fill up quickly!
Our cocktail hour and reception will take place in an outdoor tent at the Santaluz Golf Club. We’ll also have a seating area outside in the courtyard for guests who prefer a more relaxed spot once the music starts!
We recommend arriving at the church 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for the short walk from the parking lot and getting settled in your seats.
Yes, free parking is available right next to the church as well as throughout the USD campus. We’ll also have complimentary valet parking available at the reception.
It’s about a 30 minute drive (24 miles) from the church to the Santaluz Club. The club is in a gated community with a guard house. When you arrive, just pull into the left lane (closest to the guard house) and give your first and last name—they’ll have you on our guest list and will let you in. Here’s a Google Maps link (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Qjn6cteME96FgciB8) with the exact directions. The address of the entry gate is 7909 Caminito Santaluz Norte, San Diego, CA 92127.
