Are children invited?

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving at 2:30 PM to allow time for seating and to ensure the ceremony begins on schedule.

Is there transportation provided to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is not provided between American Martyrs and Hotel Portofino. The venues are located approximately 3 miles apart, about a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic. We recommend allowing extra time for parking at both locations.

Is there parking available at the reception?

Answer

We've got you covered! Self-parking at Hotel Portofino is complimentary for all wedding guests. Just mention that you're attending our wedding when you arrive.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

Please book as soon as possible! We have a limited number of rooms in our discounted block, and once those are filled, additional rooms may be available but potentially at a different rate.

Can I extend my stay beyond the wedding weekend?

Answer

Absolutely! While online booking is limited to the main wedding dates, you can call (877) 662-5387 to book additional nights. You can also email your confirmation number and requested additional dates to Monica Jones (mjones@hotelportofino.com) after making your initial reservation online.

I'm having trouble with the online hotel booking - what should I do?

Make sure you're selecting "Group Code" rather than "Promo Code" from the dropdown menu. If you continue having issues, call the reservations line at (877) 662-5387 and they can help you book over the phone.

What is the weather like?

Answer

You can expect comfortable temperatures with highs around 70 degrees and lows around 54 degrees. The area can feel a bit breezy, so we recommend dressing in layers. Think light sweaters or jackets you can easily remove as the day warms up.
