We ask that you submit your RSVP no later than May 5th. WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME? We will assume you are not attending if you don't RSVP by May 5th. We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
If you received a plus one on the RSVP page or your guest's name is listed on the invitation, then yes! Otherwise, we would like to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family only.
We absolutely love children and are so happy to celebrate with the little ones who are included in your invitation. While we wish we could extend the invitation to all our guests' children, we ask that only those specified on your invitation attend the wedding.
We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, so everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do". The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m., and we want to ensure that no one misses a moment.
Both! The venue has both indoor and outdoor locations. The ceremony will take place outdoors in a covered open-air chapel. The rest of the night will be inside and outside of the reception barn! Please be aware of the heat and grab some water on the way in! We are supplying fans to help keep everyone cool!
Yes, parking is available and free! HOW FAR IS THE PARKING LOT TO THE CEREMONY SITE? Approx. 200ft, it is a very quick walk. WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO THE HOTEL? Transportation will not be provided to the hotel. There are no Uber drivers in the area, so we ask those consuming alcohol to be responsible and plan accordingly.
We're asking guests to honor our unplugged ceremony. That means no phones, cameras, or tablets during the ceremony itself. Our photographer will capture everything, and we'll happily share photos with you later. Once the reception begins, feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires!
We are excited to share one of our favorite foods with you... a Chick-fil-A food truck. This will include chicken sandwiches/nugget meals and milkshakes! There will also be another food truck option present!
We'll be offering a variety of canned drinks (think beer, seltzers, and more), plus some wine to keep the celebration flowing! We ask that you drink responsibly and follow any venue guidelines. We're keeping things relaxed and fun, and there will be plenty to enjoy!
