Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love and adore all children in our life - we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking is limited but available for those that cannot make the shuttle. Our venue is about 25 minutes from Blackhawk Casino up the canyons of Colorado. We recommend using our shuttle services or carpooling. If you choose to drive, please remember that cars can NOT stay overnight, no exceptions.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue? And, is it indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The Ceremony is planned to take place outdoor, on a scenic deck. Reception will follow at the same location at an amazing indoor outdoor venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a lot of family and friends we want to celebrate with. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. So, please RSVP!

Question

I did not see a selection on my invitation for food. What are my options and what if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We are doing a relaxed style unlimited food truck. Pizza and salad will be available with a variety of options. Yes, wrestlers, it’s all you can eat! GF option will be provided. If this is you or you need any other dietary accommodations, please reach out to me directly so I have an accurate count for our chef.

Can I take and post pictures?

Answer

Yes, as long as the bride has walked down the aisle, you are welcome to post away! In fact, we want to capture the memories too so please don’t forget to tag our wedding hash tag #HePutDieRingOnIt!

When should I travel in?

Answer

We recommend traveling in Thursday so you can check in to the hotel prior to the celebration. Please remember, Denver and Boulder Airport are both 60 minutes away from our recommended hotel accommodation. Our shuttle leaves at [TBD] time to depart for the venue. We don’t anticipate any issues but please keep in mind our wedding is on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend.

What if I am not staying at the Blackhawk?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at this location, but we know there's a lot of awesome options in Colorado (including airBnB!!). If you chose to stay somewhere else, you are still welcome to meet at the Blackhawk for transportation to and from the venue.
