Anna Grace Ferrell

Bridesmaid

There’s something so sweet about growing up playing soccer together—running around on the soccer field, wiping away tears, and sharing every win and loss side by side. Those early days built a friendship that has become one of the biggest blessings in my life. I’m so thankful for her laughter, her encouragement, and the countless memories we’ve made over the years. Her love for Jesus shines through in everything she does, from the way she cares for others to the way she lives with honesty and grace. It is a joy to have her in my life. Our friendship is one I will cherish forever.

Ryan Owens

Best Man

Jon Landon first met Ryan Owens in a less-than-exciting history class during his second semester of college, but their friendship quickly became a highlight of JL’s college years. Ryan’s steady faith, genuine character, and lighthearted humor could brighten any room, turning ordinary moments into laughter-filled memories. United by a love for Memphis athletics, competitive basketball, and meaningful conversations about life and faith, their bond grew stronger with each encounter. Ryan’s humor, perspective, and unwavering presence have shaped Jon’s life, making it only fitting that he stands beside him as best man today.

Tyler Henley

Older Brother

Jon Landon and his brother Tyler share a bond built on lifelong love, humor, and unwavering support. Growing up, Tyler was the tough older brother, often handing out unneeded timeouts, but over time his role became far more meaningful. He has been a constant presence through every stage of life, offering guidance and encouragement, with some of JL’s most cherished memories being the letters Tyler sent while serving overseas. As a role model, Tyler has shown the importance of faith, responsibility, and self-care, leaving a lasting mark on JL’s life and their brotherly bond.

Will Mathews

Groomsman

Jon Landon met Will Mathews in business classes at the University of Memphis, and their connection was effortless from the start. Will’s quiet, thoughtful nature paired with an unexpectedly sharp sense of humor quickly made him someone JL could rely on for advice and laughs. Their friendship deepened through shared conversations about life, faith, and personal growth, as well as a mutual love for an “Iced Blondie with extra white chocolate and chocolate drizzle” from Seven Brew. Will’s intelligence, steady presence, and encouragement have profoundly shaped JL into the person he is today.

Will Porada

Groomsman

Jon Landon and Will Porada first met at church during their sophomore year of high school, but their friendship truly took off on a ski trip to North Carolina, thanks to an all-day bus ride and a carefully planned seating arrangement. After a secret conversation with the youth pastor, Will ended up on JL’s bus, and what followed was nonstop conversation—a day that set the tone for a friendship that hasn’t stopped since. Over the years, Will’s steady faith, commitment to growth, and constant presence have profoundly shaped JL’s life.

George VanDyke

Groomsman

Jon Landon and George have shared a friendship that began on the first days of kindergarten, marked by a simple fist bump under the monkey bars. From that moment, they were rarely apart, navigating childhood and adolescence together until college led them on different paths. No friend has been in JL’s life longer than George, and their bond is built on airballed basketball shots, late-night homework sessions, and a shared disdain for trigonometry. Their friendship is a testament to loyalty, perseverance, and genuine camaraderie, leaving a lasting mark on JL’s life.

Jake Boyce

Groomsman

Jon Landon and Jake have been friends since seventh grade, forming a bond that quickly became unbreakable and carried through some of life’s most formative years. They were rarely apart, sharing countless experiences filled with loyalty, laughter, and inside jokes. Jake became like family, joining JL on vacations and creating memories that remain unforgettable. United by a love for random basketball players and a shared faith, their friendship has profoundly shaped JL’s life. His story wouldn’t be the same without Jake, whose presence continues to leave a lasting mark.

Sam O'Brien

Groomsman

Jon Landon and Sam have been good buddies since they were kids, their friendship first rooted in church and strengthened through years of growing up. Many of their early memories involve attempting trick shots, playing soccer, and late-night ding-dong-ditching runs. As the years passed, their friendship only grew, adding new stories along the way. More recently, they’ve shared plenty of fishing adventures, some wilder than others, and a mutual love for golf. Sam has also been a steady biblical influence in Jon’s life, encouraging him in faith along the way. From childhood antics to adult hobbies, Sam has remained a constant and valued friend in Jon’s life.

Liam Kivelle

Ring Bearer

Liam has always carried one of the brightest smiles on earth. His parents have been incredible role models for Jon Landon and Lizzie in countless ways. We are so honored to have Liam be apart of our special day, carrying not only our rings down the aisle, but also serving as a sweet reminder of the joy, faith, and love we share in each other and the Lord.
