We’ve reserved Minitas Beach Club for the day and would love for you to join us! Whether you stop by for a bit or stay all day, we’ll be soaking up the sun by the pool and beach. Food and drinks will be available for purchase - come relax and enjoy! Please note there is a hard stop at 3:30pm in order for our amazing planning team to set up for our Welcome Party later in the evening!
Welcome Party

Join us at the beach club for an evening of celebration with all of our guests. There will be an Island Buffet Dinner, drinks, and a DJ to get the party started. We can't wait to kick off the weekend with you!

Ceremony

Attire: Black Tie - tuxedos or dark suits, and gowns (floor-length or formal midi). Bold colors, elegant textures, and standout details encouraged. More details can be found on our FAQ page.
Please note that Altos de Chavon (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception location) is all cobblestone - block heels, wedges, or flats are recommended! The church and reception area are not easily accessible by golf cart, so we will be providing transportation from the hotel lobby to the church (and back after the reception). We'll update the transportation details to our website when we have them!
Cocktail Hour & Reception
6:00 pm
The cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the nearby Dye Fore Golf Course terrace, which is walking distance from Plaza Chavon (Ceremony location) There will be transportation back to the hotel lobby following the reception.

Recovery Pool Day

Attire: Poolside casual - swimsuits, cover-ups, flip flops, or whatever keeps you comfy. Breezy resort wear is great too if you’re just stopping by for a snack or to say goodbye!
Join us for a relaxed post-wedding pool day hosted by our families at our villa! We'll have light food, drinks, and maybe even some football on in the background. Feel free to drop by to lounge, snack, or just say goodbye before heading out. Come for a while or just swing through - no pressure, just laid-back vibes to wrap up the weekend!
