Transportation/ Transporte

You can book shuttles through websites like Get Your Guide and Viator, or the airport will have stalls where you can book transportation. We will include more shuttle information in a few months. If you are staying at Jardines del Lago, parking is offered to its guests and shuttle pick-up for an additional cost. The number of people in the shuttle determines the cost of pick-up. Please note that the hotel has limited shuttles to and from the airport due to the distance between locations. It is recommended to travel with a group of 12 or 25 and coordinate with the hotel in advance. Inform the hotel of the names in your group and your final arrival time. We recommend coordinating with the hotel beforehand to secure your travel, as there’s no guarantee that enough shuttles can accommodate everyone. This will give you ample time to find alternative transportation options.
