Walk, run, bike or blade west from Seaside towards Grayton Beach and you'll cross Western Lake, a precious dune lake full of brackish water that opens up to the Gulf of Mexico in Grayton Beach.

Rent a paddle board from the WaterColor Boathouse - you can paddle all the way to Grayton Beach through Western Lake.
Rent a Boat!
There are numerous boat rental locales throughout the area - you can head out to Crab Island in Destin, or cruise towards Panama City Beach. Maybe charter a deep sea fishing boat for a day. There are also several scuba diving groups in the area.
