As much as we adore your children, we ask you to leave them at home. Please do not bring children, plus-ones or anyone not named on the invitation as we will not have the space or food to accommodate them. We hope the advance notice allows you to be able to make childcare arrangements so you can fully enjoy the evening! For those traveling across the country, we are happy to help facilitate locating childcare if needed, please reach out to us directly if interested.
The dress code is formal attire, garden party-themed. We encourage suits (no tuxedos) and neckties for the gentlemen and tea or floor length dresses for the ladies, both in a garden party theme. This will be an outdoor event, and we strongly recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable to walk in on grass. For those not used to the hot and humid weather, we recommend linen, seersucker, 100% cotton, or other lightweight material. We ask that you refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, flip flops, boots, etc.
Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held outside on grass. Please wear suitable shoes for this event as we do not recommend stilettos for the ladies.
Yes! We will have parking located a short walk away in a field near the ceremony and reception. If you plan to drive a low-lying car, be aware that the ground may not be even.
There will be a cash bar offered for your convenience. Please check back here closer to the date for an update on pricing.
Please arrive no earlier than 40mins prior and no later than 10mins prior to the ceremony beginning in order to provide yourself ample time to park and walk to your seats. Please check back closer to the date for the exact time as this has not been set yet.
