Resort Cancellation and No-Show Policies: You can make any change or cancellation to your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival (only until 6:00 p.m.). Otherwise, you will be charged for the first night of your stay. No Show: 1 night of the stay. Guarantee Policy: The full amount must be paid on arrival at the hotel. Card details are taken to guarantee your booking. Some banks levy a temporary charge to confirm the transaction. This is refunded after a few days.
