Absolutely! Kindly note that it is approximately 30-45 minutes to the nearest town, and rideshare options may be limited.
We will provide a private shuttle from Curry Village and Yosemite Valley Lodge that will bring guests directly to the venue. Yosemite also operates a public shuttle every 20 minutes between lodges, so there is a backup option and return transportation available.

EARLY ARRIVAL Liz and Sachin will arrive in the Valley on Sunday, September 13th, to spend the week hiking and enjoying the park’s natural beauty. We invite anyone arriving early to reach out and join us for informal activities as we explore our favorite trails. FRIDAY WELCOME DRINKS To kick off the weekend, we’ll be at the Mountain Room Bar at the Yosemite Valley Lodge from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This is a casual, drop-in style gathering— no formal attire required. We haven’t reserved a private space, but Sachin and Liz will be at the lounge bar for a drink and would love to say hello to anyone who wants to stop by!
