What's the deal with staying overnight?

**Bournedale Function Facility requires anyone staying for the fire pit afterparty to stay on property. ** Here's what staying will look like: overnight guests will arrive early and drop off their things in their assigned cabins. After the ceremony and reception, overnight guests will be welcomed to an afterparty around the fire pit. There is a gym and game room accessible for overnight guests as well. In the morning, the venue will host a farewell breakfast. We'd love to have everyone stay on-site with us, but space is limited. We also understand sleeping in cabins isn’t everyone's cup of tea, and that's ok, too. We will assign cabins for those who’d like them and will do our very best to accommodate any pairings you would like. While space lasts, guests can stay overnight on-site for $120 per adult; kids under 18 stay free. The total number of overnight guests is limited, so we will prioritize based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I attend the firepit after party if I am not staying over night?

The facility requires any guests for the fire pit to also be staying overnight.

Can I attend the farewell breakfast if I am not staying overnight?

Answer

Yes! The farewell breakfast is open to anyone who is in the neighborhood. Breakfast will be from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. If you are not an overnight guest, there would be a charge of $15 payable to the facility.

How soon do I need to book the Room Block?

Answer

The Hampton Inn Cape Cod Canal will hold our room block until Wednesday September 17. They will allow guest to book using the room block code as long as additional room are available, after the date rooms will be subject to availability.
