Shuttle bus ride to wedding venue (optional)
3:30 pm - 11:45 pm
We will have buses available to take you to the ceremony site. Two buses will be leaving the Sandman Hotel at 3:30pm (please be prompt!). If you are returning to the Sandman Hotel at the end of the evening, we will have a shuttle bus available leaving Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant, first ride back at 9:45pm, last ride leaving at 11:45pm.

Cocktail Attire
Guests may arrive at 4pm. The wedding ceremony will be at 4:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour from 5 to 6pm. Dinner will begin at 6pm. After dinner, there will be dancing and late night snacks!
