The Dallas Farmer's Market is open every day from 10AM-7PM. You can find candles, jewelry, vintage T-shirts/jerseys, and a food court!
Pay a small flat entrance fee, and all games inside are free. Free Play is located in Trinity Grove, where there is a beer garden and several restaurants. If you want a great view of the skyline, check out the adjacent Margaret Hunt Hill Walking Bridge!

Our first rental house was down the street from the Buddhist Temple of Dallas. Every Sunday from 10AM-until supplies run out, there is a cash-only food market with all the Thai food you can think of. Get there early! You can park in the adjacent school parking lot or anywhere on the street.
