Matt and Ryan have been close friends since 8th grade, when a casual conversation over a PSP and Pineapple Express kicked off what would become a lifelong bond. From that moment on, they’ve been inseparable: gaming late into the night, traveling to new places, and navigating life’s ups and downs together. Though Ryan may never quite match Matt’s skills in Halo (a fact he begrudgingly accepts), their bond is stronger than any leaderboard score.
Charniela Colquitt (Chany)

Elizabeth and Chany have been best friends for over eight years, first crossing paths in the early days of college through the campus anime club. Though Elizabeth didn’t expect to become so close with Chany at first, their shared love of ’90s anime, cosplay, and birthdays just one day apart sparked a deep and lasting bond. Even with Chany living in Japan for the past three years, their friendship remains as strong as ever, proof that true connection knows no distance.
Nathan Dean

Matt and Nathan first connected through a mutual friend while playing Grand Theft Auto IV on Xbox, long before they ever met in person. Years later, they realized they had unknowingly crossed paths again as coworkers at Publix, and their friendship took off. From sharing a bedroom as roommates to sharing a house with their partners, their bond has only grown stronger. One thing’s for sure: their friendship will always be a touchdown! Go Jags!
Kaley Weldon-Dean

Elizabeth first met Kaley at a party she attended with Matt early in their relationship. While they got along well, their friendship didn’t truly beginning until 2023, when they and their significant others became roommates. At first, Elizabeth was reserved as she was never one to make friends easily, but that quickly changed thanks to after-work kitchen chats, movie nights, and a shared obsession with Baldur’s Gate 3. What started as small talk grew into a deep and genuine friendship, and now, Elizabeth and Kaley are truly inseparable.
Anthony Curvier

Though Matt and Anthony first met in high school, their friendship didn’t truly begin until years later when life (and rent) brought them together as roommates. Since then, they’ve faced the world side by side, from countless late-night Dungeons & Dragons sessions to Matt officiating Anthony’s wedding. Whatever new hobbies or adventures comes along, Anthony is always ready to dive in with Matt, dice in hand and loyalty guaranteed.
Meghan Curvier

Elizabeth first met Meghan when she was one of Matt’s roommates at the Timberwalk Apartments, they became fast friends and to this day, Elizabeth still thinks of Meghan as one of the original supporters of her relationship with Matt. From the start, Meghan has been a steady source of love and encouragement for them both, standing by their side through life’s toughest moments. Always ready to lend a helping hand and offer kindness without hesitation, Meghan’s friendship has been a true gift from the very beginning.
Christopher Johnson II (CJ)

CJ has been in Matt’s life since their final years of high school—back when late-night drives for McDonald’s and Taco Bell in CJ’s red pickup were the highlight of the week. More than just a driving buddy, CJ has been a source of strength during Matt’s toughest times, always knowing how to lift him up and guide him forward. From some of the best anime recommendations to helping him secure a career, Matt wouldn’t be where he is today without CJ by his side. "Nah, I'd win"
Rebecca Blair (Adrian)

Rebecca needs little introduction, she’s been a lifelong frenemy, occasional blackmailer, and most importantly, Elizabeth’s sister. From shared bedrooms and stolen outfits to (approximately) three million arguments, their bond is anything but ordinary. With all they’ve been through, it only makes sense that Rebecca is here today to stand beside Elizabeth on one of her biggest days yet.
Devin Garringer

Matt and Devin’s friendship began back in early middle school, built on late-night gaming sessions and a shared love for Halo. While Devin might not quite match Matt’s skills in the game (though he never stops trying), his loyalty is second to none. Through every season of life, Matt knows he can always count on Devin to show up and stand by his side, controller in hand and heart in the right place.

Sister of the groom and soon to be family, Ally has been part of Elizabeth’s life since the very beginning of her relationship with Matt. Her spontaneous, fun-loving personality is nothing short of infectious. Ally brings energy, excitement, and warmth whether she's navigating roommate life with insane neighbors or taking to the skies as a flight attendant, Ally’s vibrant spirit has made every moment brighter. Elizabeth is thrilled to officially call her family.

Jacob and Matt bonded in high school over video production, pop culture, and all things Roosterteeth. Even when life pulled them in different directions after high school, reconnecting felt effortless years later. Matt has always admired the strength that Jacob has, and is excited to have him be apart of our wedding!

Meet Patrick, Elizabeth’s big brother! Patrick brings a fun, lighthearted energy to every moment, and his love for video games and celebrating with others always keeps life interesting. Elizabeth has always looked up to him, and we are grateful to have him helping welcome our guests on our big day!
