Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

The Bride and Groom kindly request a child-free celebration to allow all guests to relax and enjoy the day without distractions. We appreciate your understanding, and respectfully ask that only guests aged 18 and over attend unless specifically named on the invitation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you soon!

When can I RSVP/What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website by selecting the 'RSVP" Tab. RSVPs will open once formal invitations are sent and we ask that you RSVP no later that February 15th, 2026.

Where is the Ceremony

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the Crosswater Hall at Nocatee. The address is: 245 Nocatee Center Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are invited to begin arriving at 2:30 PM. Please note, the doors to the ceremony will close promptly at 3:15 PM, and no further entry will be permitted until the ceremony has concluded. The ceremony with begin promptly at 3:30pm

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for this event will be semi-formal. As this event will take place in spring, consider incorporating floral patterns and pastel colors into your attire, please do not wear white. Ties are optional. Please note that the venue does not permit jeans, baseball caps, shorts, or sneakers. Additionally, the ceremony will be taking place on the grass- choose your footwear accordingly! If you need a little help, example images can be found under the gallery tab!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the green, followed by the reception indoors to continue the celebration.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully request that guests do not take photographs during the ceremony as professional pictures will be taken throughout the day. Photos after the ceremony are welcomed and encouraged.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts

Answer

You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website and purchase directly from our wish list under the "Registry" tab. When purchasing, you will be given the option to ship the gift directly to the address we have provided. Additionally a wedding card box and gift table will be available at the event if you would prefer to bring your gift in person.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Complimentary beer and wine will be available during cocktail hour. An open bar will be offered during the reception until 9pm. Please note, we ask that all of our guests drink responsibly and avoid drinking and driving!

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Free parking will be available on site to the left of the venue. No parking will be permitted in the front of the main building. Please visit the gallery to see the parking example image.
