This is a BEAUTIFUL hike, about 45/60 minutes from Asheville. There’s a .6 mile trail (caution - very steep) up to Triple Falls, and then an additional .7 miles (much easier) to High Falls. It took us about 3 hours total, including many picture stops and a long lunch break.
High Five has multiple locations, two are in downtown Asheville but the one we have listed here is on the river, so if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet they’ll be your best bet.
Another riverside recommendation, they have a beautiful indoor and outdoor space that usually has live music and at least one food truck. Our favorite beer we tried was the Coffee Table!
Massive old factory that has been turned into an antiques/vintage store. Cute coffee stand inside, bathrooms, and air conditioning/fans. The sheer size of the place is kind of overwhelming but it’s a great way to spend an afternoon!
Best Mexican food we’ve had in Asheville, think Chipotle or Moes format but better! They also have an indoor bar :)
