When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2024; we are required to have a final head count in advance for our vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the ceremony and reception, please wear semi-formal attire, i.e. no shorts, jeans, T-shirts, or flip flops. White shirts are fine, white/cream colored dresses are not :) Please keep in mind the majority of our venue is outdoors and unpaved when making shoe decisions. If you have any additional questions or concerns please contact the brides!

Can I bring a date?

All plus-ones are listed on the save the dates and invitations. If you have “guest” on yours, you’ll be able to add them or decline when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If they’re yours, absolutely! We understand finding childcare isn’t always an option, but if you prefer to leave the kids at home and have a night off, feel free to do so as well. Please keep in mind that there will be alcohol served at the events if that is a concern for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transport to the venue, but there is free parking available. After the wedding there will be free transportation available, and you will have until 10am the next day to get your car if you drove over.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please reach out to either of the brides as soon as possible after you’ve RSVP’d.
